In Chinese, "just" is said as "gang" and "been made" is said as "pao de".
"Gang Pao De?" Thus, the tea was named Gunpowder.

MY Teahouse suggests using 85ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45 sec-1 minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45 sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions and 1.5 minutes for the 4th and 5th infusions.
