|Making Process||Pan-dry fried, rolled, repeated a few times, and then the tea leaves are fired until dry.|

MY Teahouse suggest pour the 80 degree ºC water into the pot first, then put the tea leaves on top of the water, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd infusion and 1.5minutes for the 3rd infusion.
