Melon Seed Tea is different to most of the other green tea because the tea uses leaves but no tips and stems at all. This tea is produced at Liuan town in Anhui. This area has history of making green tea from Tang Dynasty. Because the dry tea leaves are naturally flat and the shape is like the melon’s seed, it was named so.
