Monkey King is a very special green tea, as the leaves are about 60mm-85mm long and 8-10mm wide. The tea has the biggest dry leaves in Chinese Green Tea. It uses 1 tip + 2 leaves, with the leaves freshly hand-picked It is named by the area where the tea grows, where it is about 500-750 metres above sea level.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45 sec-1 minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45 sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions and 1.5 minutes for the 4th infusions.
