This white tea should named “ European standard white peony”. And this is just one grade down than the peony king. It used 1bud+2leaves which are hand picked in early spring. It taste a bit heavier than the peony king.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85 degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 1-1.5minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions, and 45sec-1minute for the 4th and 5th infusions.
