Dragon well green tea is also as known as Longjing in Chinese. Longjing is the name of a village in Hangzhou city of Zhejiang, and the name of a spring. And now everyone knows it is the name of a green tea.
Longjing is one of the top ten Chinese teas and used to be the emperor’s tea for many years. This one is the top grade Dragon Well which is regarded as " Dragon Well Before Rain"

MY Teahouse suggest using 80 degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd infusion and 1.5minutes for the 3rd infusion.
This Top Grade is used the leaves ( 1tip+1or 2 leaves) have been picked before 22nd April which selected into tidy shape from High Grade.
