Longjing is one of the top ten Chinese teas and used to be the emperor’s tea for many years. The leaves of this High Grade Dragon Well is picked before "Rain".

MY Teahouse suggest using 80 degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd infusion and 1.5minutes for the 3rd infusion.
