Cloud & Mist is also as known as Yunwu green tea in Chinese. Many different tea area may produce this tea, so in China, they will grand the mountain’s name in front of C&M, such as Lushan C&M, Tianshan C&M......MY teahouse’s C&M is from Zhejiang but not as the famous Lushan from Jiangxi.

MY Teahouse suggest pour the 80 degree ºC water into the pot first, then put the tea leaves on top of the water, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd infusion and 1.5minutes for the 3rd infusion.
