This tea is different to most of the other green tea because the tea just use the leaves but no tips and stems at all. This tea produce at Liuan town in Anhui. This area had history of making green tea from Tang Dynasty. Because the dry tea leaves are natural flat and shape is like the melon’s seed, so named.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85 degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions and 1.5minutes for the 4th and 5th infusions
