This tea is a very special green tea because the leaves are about 60-85mm long and 8-10mm wide. This tea has the biggest dry leaf in Chinese green tea, it use 1 tip+2 leaves as the fresh leaves with hand picked. It named by the area of the tea growing where is about 500-750 meters height above sea level.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85 degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions and 1.5minutes for the 4th infusions.
