Golden Snail is another higher quality “ Dian Hong” which is just using the tea bud or 1bud+1leaf then make it into snail’s shape. Compare to Golden Needle, it is more mellow and rich.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85-90 degree ºC top on the leaves, brewing for about 5-10sec for the 1st-3rd infusion, 20-30sec for the 4th-6th infusions, and 30-45sec for the 7th and 8th infusions, 45sce-1minute for more infusions.
