MY Teahouse suggest using 80-85degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 20-30sec for the 1st infusion, 15-20ec for the 2nd-3rd infusions, and 30-45sec for the 4th-5th infusions, 45sec-1minute for 6th and more infusions.
