Teaware: Gaiwan (porcelain, bone china or glass), tall glass

MY Teahouse suggest using 85-90degree ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 45sec-1minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45sec for the 2nd-4th   infusions,  45sec-1minute for 5th and more infusions.
