Having not just a beautiful name but also a beautiful taste, Honey Pheonix has a history from the 12th century BC. There are still about 3700 tea trees whose ages are between 200-700 years old. MY Teahouse's Pheonix Oolong teas grow in ecology farms, and the surrounding plants have therefore created over 20 different tastes. MY Teahouse sells 2 of them: Honey Phoenix and Snow Phoenix.

|Remarks||An all-seasons tea, this tea is a good tea to keep your mind alert; it's best not to drink it after 6pm if you are not planning to stay awake or work overnight. If made slightly stronger, it can sometimes stop dizziness with its clearing mind property.|

MY Teahouse suggest using 85-90ºC rinse the leaves for 2 seconds to wake the leaves up first. Then brewing for about 45 sec-1 minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45 sec for the 2nd -4th infusions, and 45 sec-1 minute for the 5th and more infusions. ( Clay teapot need less time then Porcelain Gaiwan)
