Puerh Tea is a post-fermented tea, there are two types of Puerh Tea:
1) Raw Puerh (natural fermented)
2) Cooked/Ripe Puerh (process fermented)
JingMai Mountain, is located at South-West of Pu-Erh city in LanCang area. The history of extensive tea cultivation on Jingmai Mountain spans over 1300 years,an now there are more than 4K hectares old tea tree garden in this mountain had been kept very well. On 17/09/2023, the “Puer Jingmai Mountain Ancient Tea Culture Landscape” project was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List, becoming China’s 57th World Heritage site. It is also the world’s first World Cultural Heritage site with tea as its main theme.
