Old Tree Red is a tea which uses the leaves picked from trees that are hundreds of years old, hence the name. The tatse is sharp, mellow and deep. Familiar drinkers can taste the tree and sometimes even the strong energy from the powerful old tea tree.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85-90ºC rinse the leaves for 2 seconds to wake the leaves up first. Then brewing for about 10-20 sec for the 1st-3rd infusion, 20-30 sec for the 4th and 5th infusions, and 45 sec-1 minutes for the 6th and more infusions. ( Clay teapot need less time then Porcelain Gaiwan)
