It is also hand picked leaves including 1 bud+ 1leaf. The leaves (including 1 bud + 1 stem) of this tea are hand-picked and it gives us a more complex and full white tea taste with the bud, leaf and stem than the Silver Needle.
Colour: It is a light green with a lot of fur on the surface of bud and leaf.
Shape: Looks like a “Y”.
Size: Bud: 25mm, Leaf: 25mm, Stem: 10mm
Smell: Resembles fruit wood.
Taste: Resembles white peach.
Teaware: Gaiwan (porcelain, bone china or glass), tall glass
MY Teahouse suggest using 85ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 1-1.5 minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45 sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions, and 45 sec-1 minute for the 4th and 5th infusions.
