Essentially the "European Standard White Peony, this tea is just one grade down from Peony King. It uses 1 bud + 2 leaves which are hand-picked in early spring. It tastes a bit heavier than the Peony King.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 1-1.5 minute for the 1st infusion, 30-45 sec for the 2nd and 3rd infusions, and 45 sec-1 minute for the 4th and 5th infusions.
