It is regarded as the highest quality of white tea. It is hand picked during a short period in early spring before the buds develop into leaves and only undamaged and unopened buds are chosen. There are no leaves or stems in Silver Needle.

MY Teahouse suggest using 85ºC on top of the tea leaves, brewing for about 1.5-2 minute for the 1st infusion, 45 sec-1 minute for the 2nd and 1.5 minutes for the 3rd infusions.
