Puerh is a city used to be the tea distribution centre of the Yunnan Province. As time went by, we regarded the tea from Puerh City as Puerh Tea.
Puerh Tea is a post-fermented tea, there are two types of Puerh Tea:
1) Raw Puerh (naturally fermented)
2) Cooked/Ripe Puerh (process fermented)
HuangCaoBa village is located at North-East of Puerh area in JingGu District. MY Teahouse has very good relationship with farmers in this village. Most of the big tea trees are over 300 years old, and they grow decentralise in the mountain, sometimes, farmers only can pick few kg fresh leaves a day.
