Moonlight White uses the tea leaves from Yunnan Province.The process requires withering and drying under the moonlight, not sun light. As drying in the evening needs more time than usual, the flavour has white and red tea characteristics.
Because of its special making process, MY Teahouse classifies it into “other”, and not in Puerh Tea or White Tea family.
This Moonlight White was using the tea leaves from Jingmai Mountain, so the taste of the tea may have some Jingmai’s floral feature.
