Knowledge of The Tea

White tea is a lightly oxidized tea.

White tea only grows in the north of the Fujian Province, mainly from the FuDing and ZhengHe area. MY Teahouse only has supplied White Tea from the ZhengHe for the last 14 years.

This tea uses different tea bushes rather than normal white tea bushes, and also requires the leaves to be hand-picked (mainly 1bud+2leaves) in Autumn but not in Spring as usual. This results in a richer after taste compared to the Spring white tea.

MY Teahouse have Golden Peony White Tea from 2011, aged golden peony bring us very fruity flavour and sweetness. Tea from each year has their own charming characteristics.
