Selected Tea

Teas selected for their origin, material, and the way they express time.

This collection brings together teas shaped by time in different ways.

Some follow a continuous practice — such as the TaoHuaShan series, made from the same ancient trees across many harvests and partly stored in Sydney, where clean air and a stable climate allow a distinct and quieter path of transformation.

Others are selected for the age of the trees themselves — from several hundred to over two thousand years old. With the exception of the Wanli Collection, each tea is crafted from the leaves of a single ancient tree, allowing the unique character of one individual tree to be experienced without blending.

Together, these teas are not defined solely by type or flavour, but by the different ways in which time reveals itself:

• through ageing,
• through continuity,
• through the lives of trees that have witnessed generations, dynasties, and civilisations.

This collection will continue to grow as MY Teahouse seeks out teas of particular meaning, to be shared, studied, and appreciated over time.
