Selected Tea

Teas selected for their origin, material, and the way they evolve over time.

This selection brings together teas that are shaped by time in different ways.

Some follow a continuous practice — such as the TaoHuaShan series, made from the same ancient trees over many years, and partly stored in Sydney, where clean air and a stable climate allow a distinct and quieter path of transformation.

Others are selected for the age of the trees themselves — from several hundred to over two thousand years — offering a different scale of time, where the life of the tree extends beyond generations.

Together, these teas are not defined only by type or flavour,
but by the different ways in which time is expressed.

This selection will continue to grow, as MY Teahouse continues to seek out teas of particular meaning, to be shared over time.
