Puerh is a city used to be the tea distribution centre of the Yunnan Province. As time went by, we regarded the tea from Puerh City as Puerh Tea.
Puerh Tea is a post-fermented tea, there are two types of Puerh Tea:
1) Raw Puerh (naturally fermented)
2) Cooked/Ripe Puerh (process fermented)
Puerh Tea from LaoBanZhang, is regarded as the King of the Puerh Tea by its intense flavour, with a fast transfer from bitterness to sweetness in your mouth. Long and deep aftertaste on both sides of the tongue, with a comfortable throat feel.
This tea is using the tea leaves picked from south-west puerh tea area in LaoBanZhang village in the Meng-Hai district.
