Description
Ancient (1200+years) Hybrid Single Tree Raw Puerh
- Leaf: Dark green leaves with a natural sheen, showing little bud and a number of slender stems. Even after careful rolling, the leaves retain their broad shape, reflecting the remarkable toughness and wild vitality inherited through centuries of natural evolution. Once infused, they unfold into a brilliant fresh green, appearing almost as if they had just been picked from the tree.
- Liquor: Bright, clear and light pale yellow-green.
- Aroma: The dry leaves are delicate and naturally sweet with subtle grassy notes. The aroma lingering in the empty cup is rich, profound, and remarkably persistent, revealing elegant floral and fruity complexity.
- Taste: Silky and composed from the first sip, with virtually no bitterness. Sweetness emerges effortlessly, supported by impressive depth, texture, and lasting energy. The fragrance fills the mouth and lingers gracefully, leaving a long, refined finish that continues well after the tea has been swallowed.
- Infusions: Approximately 12–20 infusions with light brewing, or 8–15 infusions when brewed stronger.
- Recommended Teaware: Porcelain Gaiwan or Yixing Clay Teapot.
