Puerh is a city used to be the tea distribution centre of the Yunnan Province. As time went by, we regarded the tea from Puerh City as Puerh Tea.
Puerh Tea is a post-fermented tea, there are two types of Puerh Tea:
1) Raw Puerh (naturally fermented)
2) Cooked/Ripe Puerh (process fermented)
This disc uses the tea leaves from south-west puerh tea area in LaoBanZhang village, in the Meng-Hai district.
Puerh Tea from LaoBanZhang, is regarded as the King of the Puerh Tea by its intense flavour with a fast transfer from bitterness to sweetness in your mouth. Long and deep aftertaste on both sides of the tongue and a very comfortable throat feel.
