Puerh Tea is a post-fermented tea, there are two types of Puerh Tea:
1) Raw Puerh (natural fermented)
2) Cooked/Ripe Puerh (process fermented)
ManZhuan, is located at North-East of XiShuangBanNa area. This mountain is one of the 6 famous ancient tea mountains from thousand years ago. There are many old tea tree gardens in this area have been kept very well. Most of the old tea trees have not undergone dwarfing modifications and retain their arborescent characteristics.
The raw puerh tea from ManZhuan, bring us sweetness and rich flavour, even the taste has a bit astringent and the fragrance feels heavier.
